linda_and_paul_206They Ryburn Group at RE/MAX Twin Rivers started with a love story. With 25 years sales and marketing experience, Linda started her real estate business in 1999, placing her license with Coldwell Banker Twin Rivers. Her very first year, Linda earned Rookie of the Year. She made a financial goal each year and either reached it or surpassed it.
In an industry that sometimes lacked good customer service, she had a passion for delivering excellence to each and every client.  She developed an in depth Seller's Marketing Plan and soon began to earn her company's Top Producer status each year.  She poured most of her earnings back into advertising with the same passion she gave to her clients.

In July 2001, Paul came to CBTR as broker/manager, Paul had left another real estate office after enjoying a successful career, but with a background of accounting and 'flipping houses', his analytical brain yearned for the more "business side of real estate". Soon a friendship developed with the two that eventually became a romance. June 17th 2003 the two became Mr. & Mrs. Paul Ryburn.

ryburn_family_336The Ryburn's Strengths - Paul had noticed early on that Linda needed help in financial planning and tracking her advertising dollars.  In January 2005, Paul left his post as broker/manager to work with Linda full time. They immediately formed The Ryburn Group, LLC.  Business for the Ryburn Group includes buying and selling property quickly, long term investments and of course their already successful real estate business.  They agreed to stay within the family of Coldwell Banker Twin Rivers, that has and continues to deliver the same philosophy of excellent customer service. Earlies in 2010, Linda and Paul took on a new challenge and took the lead with RE/MAX. RE/MAX combines a fair and equitable brokerage system with a powerful brand, extensive support services – and respect for entrepreneurial spirit. The result: a formula for agent success unmatched in the industry.
